Till now Everything is ok Now the Scame Take Place.

Its Doesn't matter how much you get paid for your works (Its Aprox1000 -7000 Rupees), the Local Employment servant (Rojgar Sewak ) he will decide how much you will get, and always it is between Three hundred Rupees to Five hundred Rupees. yes, it's 100% True.

Why

 Many reasons are there 

• Lots of  MNREGA Scheme is get done only on Paper not on Reality, So how you will raise your voice if you didn't go for work.60% Complaints get manage on Behalf of this Statement.
• If you will raise your voice against this next time you will out of the list, and next time never you will get employment.
• Most of the Migrants Workers are illiterate, so they don't have an idea what's going on even he doesn't know how much they get paid, they know only one thing giving thumbprints to Withdrawals.
• Employment servant (Rojgar Sewak ) he mostly prefered to choose them whom they can  easily  exploitation,
• There is No anyone, to monitor this because Adhar card is linked to bank account so the assured Everything is fine.
• Involvement of political leaders.

• If We are not able to provide the actual Benefits to whom who Deserve then this much big amount of our Economics is wested.
